Cut the cauliflower into half; then into quarters.

Take one of the quarters of the cauliflower and remove the core.

Break into florets.

If you want smaller florets, for each of bigger chunks, cut the stem off and break into smaller florets.

Repeat with the rest of the cauliflower.
