  • Lettuce leaves
  • cucumber slices
  • tomato slices
  • onion slices
  • arugula leaves
  • tzatziki sauce

  • prep workprepare green chutney chicken
  • wash & slice cucumbers, tomatoes. Peel and thinly slice onions
  • Wash and pat dry arugula leaves
  • prepare tzatziki sauce or use store-bought
  • assembling the sandwichwarm the pita bread on the stovetop.
  • place a lettuce leaf on it.
  • top it with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and arugula leaves.
  • drizzle tzatziki sauce.
  • wrap and serve.

Notes

  • Prep Time assumes that you have the green chutney chicken thighs and tzatziki sauce are already cooked/made. The prep time of 10 minutes includes getting the vegetables ready to assemble the wrap.
