Peach Yogurt Breakfast Bowl
Peach Yogurt Breakfast Bowl is the answer to how-to-get-breakfast-ready-in-5-minutes!!! Your very own Sunshine breakfast! My Indian friends, this is peach lassi for breakfast! Balle Balle!

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 peaches; divided
- Sweetener of your choice optional
Garnish
- Granola
- Crushed pistachios
- Mint leaves
- Sliced almonds
Wash and roughly chop one of the peaches and slice the second peach.
Using a blender, blend yogurt, chopped peach and sweetener, if using.
Divide into 2-3 serving bowls, garnish with your favorite toppings (I used peach slices, granola, sliced almonds, crushed pistachios and mint leaves).
Serve immediately.
