Peach Yogurt Breakfast Bowl is the answer to how-to-get-breakfast-ready-in-5-minutes!!! Your very own Sunshine breakfast! My Indian friends, this is peach lassi for breakfast! Balle Balle!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 peaches; divided
  • Sweetener of your choice optional

Garnish

  • Granola
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Mint leaves
  • Sliced almonds

Instructions
 

  • Wash and roughly chop one of the peaches and slice the second peach.
  • Using a blender, blend yogurt, chopped peach and sweetener, if using.
  • Divide into 2-3 serving bowls, garnish with your favorite toppings (I used peach slices, granola, sliced almonds, crushed pistachios and mint leaves).
  • Serve immediately.
