Strawberry Marshmallow Kebab

A simple and easy recipe where strawberries, marshmallows and chocolate dipped strawberries are stringed together into a kebab. Colorful, scrumptious, and super easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Strawberries
  • 6 Marshmallows big
  • ¼ cup Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips

To Assemble

  • 6 Skewers

Instructions
 

  • Wash and gently pat dry the strawberries. Hull the strawberries and pat dry the trimmed end.
  • String one strawberry to the skewer and position it at the end of the skewer. Repeat with rest of the skewers.
  • Get a double boiler ready on the stove.(See Recipe Notes)
  • Add the chocolate chips. Stir until almost all the chocolate chips have melted.
  • When they are almost melted, remove from the heat and mix well. This heat is sufficient to melt whatever chips are remaining. (Note: You can place your pan back on the double boiler, if the choclate chips have not melted completely)
  • Transfer the melted chocolate into a small bowl. Dip the strawberry on the skewer into the chocolate. Turn the strawberry around so that chocolate is coated evenly. [Note: If you need more chocolate, melt more chocolate chips on the double boiler)]
  • Insert the skewer into a Styrofoam and let it rest. Repeat with the rest of the strawberries.
  • Place it in the refrigerator to set the chocolate.
  • Once the chocolate is set, take it out and string the marshmallow and one more strawberry on each skewer. Repeat for rest of the skewers.
  • Transfer to serving cups or to a serving tray.

Notes

Instead of using a double boiler, you can melt the chocolate chips in Microwave. Take ¼ cup chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 30-45 seconds. Stir to make it smooth.
