Preparation time includes the passive time also.[br]You can also use 1 cup All purpose flour (maida) and 1 cup wheat flour to make the dough.[br]I have used active dry yeast in the recipe and I have not proofed it. If you are using regular yeast, you would need to proof it first.[br]To proof the yeast - Warm slightly less than ¼ cup water to about 80 degree Fahrenheit and add the yeast. Add a pinch of sugar and let it rest till the mixture gets frothy. Use this frothy mixture to knead the dough in the first step.
