Here is a simple meal plan for you. This is a flexible meal plan to act as a guide to help you plan your dinner for the week. Includes 6 recipes from the blog, mainly vegetarian (we have one fish recipe in this menu). You do not have to stick to these days, feel free to change them according to your schedule. You will find some useful printables at the end.

Meal Plan Number 6 - a simple meal plan for you. This is a flexible meal plan to act as a guide to help you plan your dinner for the week. Includes 6 recipes from the blog - 5 vegetarian and 1 fish recipe. We have one day of the week wherein we either eat out or bring a take-out. It is usually, Friday, but we keep it flexible base on my family's schedule. Click on the "Get Recipe" button (opens in the same tab) to get the individual recipes.
Pan-Seared Tilapia makes a quick weeknight dinner. This has a crusty exterior and is flaky inside. if you eat fish, keep this gluten-free fish fry recipe in your recipe repertoire to make a quick and easy dinner.
Pasta dishes are incredible - they are easy to prepare, can be adapted to a variety of flavors. This one is no different - it is easy, flavorful, and mostly uses ready-made ingredients. Cajun-spiced spinach pasta is incredibly easy to make. This will make dinner easy and is delicious that you'll be happy to have leftovers. If you like Cajun flavors, this Pasta will be ready in 20-25 minutes tops! To keep the dinner time stress-free, try this recipe made with store-bought ingredients, but with tons of flavor. (Both stove-top and Instant Pot instructions in the recipe)
Delicious one-pot meal loaded with vegetables and lots of flavors. Serve with a raitha and pappad (if you have time). Make this apple pickle ahead of time to serve with tehri.
This is one of our favorite Paneer recipes. If you like Paneer, then this is a must-try. Serve with store-bought naan, steamed rice, or Jeera rice.
Roasted butternut squash spiked with Indian Spices. Pan roasting brings out a lot of flavors from the butternut squash. Add to that lovely greens - spinach for example, and you have a lovely side dish. I serve it with Chappathi.
