Meal Plan Number 5
Meal Plan Number 5 - a simple meal plan for you. This is a flexible meal plan to act as a guide to help you plan your dinner for the week. Includes 6 recipes from the blog - 5 vegetarian and 1 fish recipe. We have one day of the week wherein we either eat out or bring a take-out. It is usually, Friday, but we keep it flexible base on my family's schedule. Click on the "Get Recipe" button (opens in the same tab) to get the individual recipes.
Make some extra to serve with tomato coconut rice.
Set up a tostada station and enjoy making your own tostadas. You can get all the individual layers ready ahead of time. Assemble just before serving.
Leftover fish curry pairs well with this rice. If you don't eat fish, then serve with a simple onion (or mixed vegetable raitha.
Make rice ahead of time so that it has enough time to cool down to get the best results.
I also make dali thoy to accompany this. Serve with rice.
Planning to serve this with some jeera rice. Raitha would be good addition too.
