Meal Planning made easy. I was a person who would stand in front of the refrigerator/pantry asking the question "What to cook for dinner" and hoping (wistfully) the answer would magically appear.
It never worked!
Duh!
I have gone grocery shopping in the middle of cooking.
Yes, that's me!
But since I started meal planning, the middle-of-cooking-grocery-shopping have reduced, to almost zero.
And I reduced my grocery budget by more than $100-$150 a month.
Another advantage is that is that my eat-out frequency has decreased considerably.
Good for the bank account and good for health as well.
Give meal planning a try...
At home I do not stick to just Indian cuisine for our day to day food. I experiment with different cuisines, have breakfast for dinner, and there are days when snacks become our main course. It is fun!
But this week, I decided to go full-Indian. This is the cuisine I am most comfortable with. Indian cuisine is so vast and versatile, that you can accommodate most of the vegetables to suit an Indian taste.
I include lots of vegetables (either steamed, sauteed or grilled) in every meal. No compromises there. Feel free to include your favorite protein as well.
So, here are 5 easy Indian Dinners for your consideration.
